I want to know how to release a lot of rage. I've been having a lot lately (rage that is) and I need every way possible to release rage. Please can someone help me? I need help.
Beating up somthing always helps. Find a non living object (like a rock or some old lumber) and padd it so you dont get hurt and just beat it up. Use your anger to give you speed and strength. You should feel better after doing so.

But I meant is there any like... spells or anything metaphsyical I could use? Because just beating up something doesn't help...
The metaphysical way is to meditate to help prevent the rage building up in the first place.
I'm not saying that to be condescending or anything, but that basically is what it will do.
I know something of where you're coming from here. Anger & rage was part of the depression I suffered many years ago. Meditation helped stem the source of the rage by allowing me to calm down and look at things more objectively before I went ballistic. As I'm still human and still get really P'ed off from time to time, meditation still does work well.

I agree that calming your mind and meditiating are the best. I know it sounds sort of ironic, but it's really true.
I find myself in a ravaging rage very often these days. I've tried going the more violent, physical routes, but what has really helped is just taking some deep breaths, going somewhere quiet, maybe taking a walk outside, praying... those are the things that really do away with rage.
Try writing, drawing, or working out...Those 3 work for me.

Meditation is a good suggestion, as is walking, even if its just around the block, fresh air (no matter what the weather) is a good aid to making your mind clearer and calming you down. Perhaps anything "slow" like yoga? Worth a thought. Also i know you said anything metaphysical or spells...wouldn't try spells, really, to be honest, you know sometimes if you get angry to the point of rage a shower can calm you down. The smallest of things make a difference. Also getting to the root of the problem helps no end, so logical thought on the matter from an objective point of view may solve your problem.

I usually write out my thoughts when I'm angry or just get it out physically and lift weights or something... but I haven't really had any anger in a long time.
