Hypnosis is 100% as real as you want it to be. You cannot make someone under hypnosis do something they would not normally do IE kill someone but you can quit habits, even start new habits with it [

Keegan, you can't, at least not now. There is no easy formula, and I can tell you are looking for easy.

Hypnosis is a skill that takes both talent and a lot of practice. The best you can hope for now is to get the book Aizathoth000thered suggested, read it from cover to cover, and THEN, after reading it, decide if this path is for you.

Hypnotizing a person to "make" them do something is a sure way to ruin your life. What goes around, comes around.

there are people who can make people do things there was a hypnotist who came to our school at one time he did some sort of test to see who is hypnotizable most kids were. he made them do things like he said if you sit on this chair it'll burn you and the guy sat back on the chair and jumped up in pain screaming ooouch. another guy he said when the audience laughs at you, you will start talking to them not to laugh, another women he told her to strip down a bit, another person she said he'd take someones watch and put it in his pocket, they all did what he told him, afterwards he erased that program from their mind said they will remember in calmness what they did later on in the afternoon (so they don't go into shock, not their fault they did it). My french teacher beside me who took us to see this guy was saying diabolos hehe don't blame her. But I did hear something that whatever they hypnotize doesn't last more than a day it goes away since it's not their own thoughts in this.

When I was 4 or 5, I fell off some monkeybars and broke my left arm just below the wrist. I was taken to a hospical somewhere in Houston Texas and since my brother had some bad reactions with anesthesia, the doctors decided to call in a hypnotist.

The hypnotist talked to me calmly and explained he was going to take OFF MY ARM and work on it on a bench across the room!!! Well, I don't know why but I believed that is what he was going to do. I resisted this with all my might but I could not keep my eyes open for very long. I remember desparately keeping my focus on the bright operation lights above me but failed after 5 minutes maybe.

I then woke up 4 or 5 hours later in a different room in the hospital with my mom next to me.

Yeah, hypnotists CAN hypnotise people against their will and it's very powerful to say the least.

No one can be hypnotized against their will. If you don't wont to you won't. When a person is will to be hypnotized they will go into hypnosis.

When the hypnotist said he will take your arm off and take it to the other table to work on it, you that that was possible to do so you accepted the thought of hypnosis as a reality.

So if the hypnotist by passes the clinical and analytical thinking of the person then they are in a hypnotic state.

Meaning when your not analizing the situation but taking it as reality that he can take your arm off and work on it and when its away from the rest of your body you wont feel it when he is working on it.

Any suggestion when you hear it in a Conscious State and it sounds stupid and you wont do it but in a Somnambulist state your Subconsious mind think in a childish manner (as a 5 year old) and it takes every suggestion literally.

1st anyone could be hypnotised in a teta state of conscioussness
and lower-delta-when there is no human (w)ill present.

2nd to have a will and to wish or not, is completley different thing.
wish to , or wish not -that is only deceision ordinary man does.

ordinary man does not have a power of a will.
(against the body-brain-wishes)
do you agree?
that is an eastern persuit.
an Ordinary man THINKS he has a will.
the power to choose(against wishes)
and that is all he does.
he only sense wishes that are controling him.
his mind is only asking: do I like this?
and if he do,
he is in the basket.
if you consider that a Will...
and the truth is, you CAN DO EVERYTHING TO A BRAIN OF AN ORDINARY MAN
IF HE WISHES, OR IF HE IS NOT.
He hasnt got the Will to stop you.
He does not know what is that,
he THINKS he have.
and most certainley, "there is no fight to get it".
-it's just happenning by itself.
