I astral people! I was out for a long time because:
1- i changed my inernet server, and in Portugal it seems that such an act can take veeeery long time......!!
2- when finally my internet arrived my computer was "out" (problems with hardware) for 2 weeks!
Finally i am back! uff!
During that time i had my first lucid dream and my first astral projection (just flew a few inches far away from my body and had no vision...but it was nice)!
I hope that everybody here is fine. see you :D

Sou de Lisboa.ya vi aqui porque sempre senti uma fascinação pelo paranormal,fantasmas,vampiros,ufos etc etc
já tenho uma intresse em praticar viagem astral consciente há alguns anos mas sou muito calão :lol: mas agora a serio vou dedicar tempo a tentar me projectar.e realmen é muito raro encontrar portugueses neste tipo de sites/forums o mais comun é brasileiros lol..
