__ mins = how many minutes do you work on you energy?

Just a guess, might not be right.

EST = energy ??? time

Where's the ninety day course located?

This might be outta topic but...In the 90 day course thats on this site it says
"EST. energy work time: __ mins"
What dose this mean???Thanks all^_^
