No sounds yet for me, except a very deep vibration as I start to trance. I do get flashes of bright light that go away instantly. Sometimes they are small, but sometimes they are very big and last a bit longer (more rare).

I figure these are the signs that you're 3rd eye is becoming more vivid in vision in sparks. Sort of like when a baby is born it can only see a hazy fog, and it takes up to 6 months to gain full sharpness if they have normal eyesight.

If it's taking a while to gain anything higher than what you're experiencing now, remember that you're older than newborn now and you have to "teach the old dog new tricks".

I could have sworn I've made this topic before, but I was searching and I couldn't find it.

Anyways, sometimes when I'm trying to go to sleep, or meditate and stuff, I'll just be sitting there, eyes closed, and suddenly something will make a noise around me (physical, not the culprit), and I'll see a bright color flash as soon as the sound happens!

What is this? Does this happen to anyone else?
