This sounds like a job for X-Ray vision girl! Why is she wasting her time with medicine when she could be saving people form burning buildings and rescuing cats from trees? []

Seriously though, that's pretty cool, as long as you would be able to turn it on and off at will, which seems to be the case with her. It would be terrible if you couldn't always control it.

neat. it shows a huge difference between north america's culture and those of other countries. if she had been discovered here she probably would have been sent to an insane asylum :/ . or doctors would have performed dozens of tests before declaring that they "don't know how she does it" and then denounce it saying she's probably just guessing really good :/ . or maybe that's just my pessimism speaking ^_^

The fact that that Moscow's medical community has found her gift consistently reliable and useful, and she's now studying at one of their top medical academies to really make something of this gift is wonderful.

But then, Russians have always been very practical. We're talking a country that during the space race, when the US spent a large ammount of money to develop a gas cartridge ball point pen that could write in zero G, the Russians just used pencils.

I think it is great, could you imagine if more people had this gift?  Since it is know that doctors seem to misdiagnose a good part of the time, have the people with the gift tell what is wrong and then have at it Dr.

I don't think it's her third eye. Her ability seems to be of a physical nature, whereas the third eye is used to view non-physical energy. Please, somebody correct me if i'm wrong here.

Yes I agree because her gift only works during the day. This would make sense because in order to see something you need to have light of that wavelength available. If she can see x-ray style then there would need to be a source for this form of light and normal artificial lighting doesn't produce x-rays unlike the sun which is a happy x-ray making fool.

No one is stupid enough to make up a lie about this, I believe it.  
If you need proof that she can bend light to see the insides of a human body, then you need to know that humans created the X-ray machines or cat scans which these days can give live x-ray moving images, so it is possible to somehow bend light to see through people.
Scientists developed the x-ray macines by using the human eye as a tool to give them idea of how it would work, how do you think cameras were created, I'll tell you how the human eye gave inspiration to
develop these machines, you can't just come up with this stuff.

What a load of poop, surely anyone whos scanned a medical book can pretend they can see whats inside someone and as for diagnosis shes obviously fluent at medicine and pretending she isnt. But then you'll probably ask: Well, what about repeated instances where she's able to see things inside people? to which I would say everyone must be in on it then and sold their story to a paper for money. There is no way a person could have X-ray or similar vision.

X-Rays are EM, just like visible light. However, with the much shorter wavelength, seeing them would require some serious changes to the human optical system. The shorter wavelength energic photons associated with X-Rays usually pass right through biological tissue like a retina. This is why it's used to see bones because the X-Rays pass through your bio matter. The brain aswell as the retina would have to adapt to process the new type of information, unless her DNA is somehow a throwback to some creature in our distant past that did have X-Ray vision, I can't see how it would have come about.

I dont know which chakras I was using, but I can sometimes see physical things and inside them, but I'm rarely sure its real.

I think you misunderstood what I was saying. You can't see your room if you don't have a light source. And some items are semi-transparent when viewed with certain wavelengths of light. The sun produces wavelengths across the whole spectrum where-as artificial light has a narrower band.

I don't really think she is seeing in x-ray band but she might be able to see in a higher or lower wave length than everyone else.

x-rays as mentioned above are very energetic.
