Narrow Path

If you want to release the serpent energy it can be a little draining.

This may sound funny but tighten your butt muscles very tight and begin to draw energy from below up towards your stomach. From there aim it towards your chest region and be careful not to tense up too much. Keep your eyes closed the whole time while doing this and try to "detach" your focus from any type of idea that has to do with space and time. Oh yha and do it while laying down on your bed with a shirt over your eyes so that no light can get in and your brain will switch to dreamlike neuro pathways rather than active waking ones. I suggest deep breaths that draw that current up towards the chest as well.

After about fifteen minutes of this you will begin to feel a "slip" like you have just unlocked a door in your mind. Now bring up all that harbored energy from your chest up towards your head and the "white light, dark viod" paradox will ensue.

This is meditation and it is bad news but if you want an out of body experience that is the best way to do it. De program your mind from all existing dogma and belief patterns and you will "exit" this game for a bit.

It is not good to do this because there are energies that love to enter the body while you are giving up your Will like this.

If you want my humble opinion it is better to focus on the Holy Spirit rather than "nothing" or a "pretty island" because you will be given much more intense and meaningful visions this way.

When I meditate I usually lay down on my bed with the room mostly dark. If it is too bright I will put some kind of blind fold over my eyes. Too bright of light is too distracting. Then it depends on what I want to do. Usually I do some kind of energy work. Sometimes I just clear my mind and pay attention to the darkness. I find that I will usually get vibrations and projection feelings when I am not trying to do so but just meditate. When this happens I will stop what I am doing and give into these sensations. I have found that sometimes the best way to project is to not try.
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

hey everyone im creating this topic to see everybody's way of meditation. what do you do when meditating? what do u think about? increasing AP's with meditation can increase AP's right? so what some good things to think about while meditating to increase more AP's?
while i meditate, i think aout a tropical island and im on the beach just watching the waves crash againste the rock cliff. and listen to the seagulls is relaxing too. tell me what you do while meditating and how you increase AP's.
