I also tried to go on the website but it is not working. So they want to label us like sheeps or ''productive or less productive machines'' of society. Bureaucracy sometimes..... How can they transfer that to different cultures!! It is a bad dehumanizing process if they do not allow for cultural diversity!! So this mean that by being a member of OBEs forums and having a religious background will diminish my rate scale! And if sometimes I have some flatulence it will go down? And being Caucasian will give more points? How stupid.....Probably we will see advertisements on Yahoo for ''Check Your ICF Online'' like ''Check Your Credit Rate Online''! I hope that this website is down because it was a joke. (I'm probably loosing points right now because I'm disregarding this system but I have to clean my room so I might get more   ).

it's always nice to find people here that still have a sense of humor.
it's no joke (since i myself have lost mine & don't see where that would be funny)..."Check your IFC rating on-line" is though...very funny (lol), and scary s**t at the same time!!!  You get the basic jest of it, but reading the information (posted for health professionals only) on the site is a trip that has to be taken!  They even have a disclaimers that if any aspect of the site whatsoever is copied, reposted, distributed in any manner the person will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law...yada, yada.

I have of course gone through therapy, med cocktails, wound up in the hospital once over a major anxiety attack, and been to a few groups...i never once felt anything intelligent in any of it...just more manipulated.  just monkey's in white coats, taking notes on other monkey's.  I have always believed that the psychiatric realm exists for no other reason than to gather information on "the effects of fear and anxiety on the human population".

I don't remember which movie it was, but I think it was Fahrenheit 9/11, where Michael Moore told the FBI description of what to look for to find a student that was likely to go berserk and kill other students. The problem was that the description match like almost every student.

It seems to me like they are doing something similar here.

something to do with the culling i suppose, and eugenics. i don't think it'll be enough to be rich or white, because i don't feel that/those groups are any more productive or useful.  

i listen to coast to coast am...pretty regularly, and one of the best shows (most informative)ever was with a woman by the name of Catherine Austin Fitts, that owns a company called the Solari Investment Group.  The show was called "Black Budgets & Money Trails".  Amazing stuff about the (not so) new faction of black government and the embezzling system they have legitimized for themselves.  I highly suggest the online membership to C2C!!!  At the beginning of the show George was talking about Maria Shribo (?) having died, and all the intensity that surrounded her last few weeks. (whenever a story hits mainstream media with that amount of focus & dedication (forget human interest)...i get suspicious. that's just the way i am. always peeking under the layers...or maybe making up layers to peek under (either way))...a guy called in to the show and said that they wouldn't keep her alive becuz of Mad Cow Disease. George was working to cut the crackpot off when he made a very intelligent point.  that the incubation cycle for Spongiform Disease is five to ten years, and that they are putting a law in place now...so they don't have to pay to keep a bunch of brain-dead people around.  
it was a simple connection, but it had weight.  

some major chess moves are beginning...i don't play chess, but i know it's all about strategy.  i always imagine that if two people are severely good at it...there's no point in playing...after the first move is made, you can predict with great certainty who's going to win. in the simplest form i think of it's like tic-tac-toe. i be live at one point in time there were great minds working on the outcome...people were willing to wait generations to play out one move. i think whoever "they" are...they've gotten off track in their greediness. now it's more about whoever moves fastest, and moves first.  i see a lot of men with their fingers on buttons and holding onto reigns that are entrenched in the deepest groove of the "me-me" mentality. i don't see these guys (and some very suspicious women behind them) willing to wait any longer.  

The World Health Organization, The United Nations, The World Bank, The Fed, etc...are run by the elite, secret members society.  This isn't small potatoes. (You have to listen to that interview with that Catherine chick!

i heard something on another interview a while back, where this guy was talking about people on antidepressant medication. that there was a list that was generated on everyone that was prescribed zoloft, paxil, etc... and that the government was going use that list (prior to marshall law) to round up all the guns in the country. that part of the patriot act covered this issue...of people that weren't mentally equipped to posses weapons.
(and then you've got all those concentration camps they've built!)

i think, they think...it's funny. i think, they think...we're pathetic sheeple, and maybe they're right for the most part?!?  how can the population put so much energy towards a poor vegetative women that should be left in peace with some dignity...and not give a rats butt about the economy tanking, or the "incurable" Marburg haemorrhagic fever outbreak with it's 90% mortality rate (ebola was only 53-88%)!

they've got us looking in every direction, and we're missing the obvious.
i have no idea for sure what that is? those of us here @ AP have even more s**t to deal with...and that's just sad!!!  

i want to bring attention to things like this. i want to tell people to start building bunkers again...if for no other reason than to fair safely when all the people start to lose their f**king minds...and then...i wonder if it should be mentioned at all?!? that we all don't have enough to worry about already?

Souljah333, I know that there are so many problems in our society. If you look at all the cr*p that is being done to us coming from our own system, you will get depressive quickly. Often and not surprisingly, the happier persons are the one that mostly live toward helping others in need.... I don't think the IFC might consider that....

I'm sorry, but I don't see what the big deal is with the IFC document.  Could someone clearly and calmly explain it to me please?  Are you guys trying to say that the IFC/government/whatever is trying to find out who is disabled in whatever way so they can do away with them? lol... i dont get it

Overall function level. That's like measuring every event in someone's life and giving their life a score out of 100.

This is a more subtle way to encourage the members of society to strive for supposed perfection, undermining those that aren't "functioning to a high enough level". In essence mimicking the ideology behind Nazi Germany, but in more subtle ways.

No-one can judge how well you can function based on these factors. Besides it is stupid to give an "overall" of something, we already know that averages don't prove anything.

It is unfair to assume that someone like me who wears glasses has less overall function than someone who doesn't.

It is based on their criteria for what determines good functionality, and their idea of what it is to be functional.

I guess poor memory and bad orientation would be a detriment to someone's score, and if you astral project on a regular basis then you could be in some real trouble.

As I underlined in the '2012: After thought' thread. There is a political crisis(and spiritual crisis if you may) in the world today. What I meant by that, was referencing to this too.

I already know about this, and attempts of world governments to micromanage people in a totalitarian way with labeling(like this), screen testing, ID cards, internal passports, CCTV, microchipping, armed police forces and consolidating the world into a single unipolar entity. It is really the Third Reich on a global scale and with modern technology.

What is essentially happening, people are being turned into a workforce in a hive like social structure. Can you imagine what will happen to those who are unfit to work?

Again, if nothing is done about this, this problem will only grow further.

i'm glad alexd & data got to this thread before me, bcuz i would have (am going to) made (make) a senseless mess out of it. (you guys said it well)...some people (most people) will not SEE a problem with this "micromanaging", and i never know what to say them. it stupefies me...even more people will never come across this post or the ICF site, bcuz they "really" don't want to know.

it would be F**KED up enough if it was a score of 100, but THIS IS A SCORE OF 5!!!    i've been scored on many things in my life, and it was ALWAYS LACKING!  first is the label change from "dysfunctional" to "functional"...how many years have i been labeled dysfunctional, bcuz i'm sensitive to the excrement that i'm being force-fed.  how many times have people called me "co-dependent" when what i really asking for was to be self-sufficient and independent...this ICF system is drastically flawed, and completely un-necessary.  why can't we LEARN to leave well enough alone? there are children starving to death all over the place, and they're going to waste how much money putting this "surveillance/cataloging system" in place???  the point is also that it's covert...you'll never hear about it on evening news...it'll just quietly be implemented into place.

i have to recall all the insanity over this last presidential election, when the majority takes a DAY every four years to "get involved", make their "vote count"...laws are being passed everyday and we couldn't care less, and then six years down the line when it begins to effect our daily lives, or lively-hoods.. (duh)...we wonder how it happened. take FREE TRADE for instance. what really gets me is people that are ignorant enough to believe they have some sort of say so...a choice. what it's coming down to is either standing nicely in line waiting for your bio-chip & inoculation cocktail with your national ID card in hand, or living in caves.

i won't get into how the bushes, clintons, kerry-heinzes, shrivers and schwarnagger all belong to the same "grovey" club, but if it came down to ARNOLD or HILLARY.........who would you vote for???

Actually you will hear it on the news - and you already do. They are just doing it in small steps, planning generations ahead. I have no idea who or what "they" are though.

Some examples from Sweden :

* Implementation of cameras. In trains, taxis and so on.
* Road fees, with automatic billing. You get a lower bill if you install some sort of box to deal with it - I'm not sure but I got the impression that it was some kind of gps system in it. It's not actually implemented yet but it will be - they are even doing it without a decision by launching it as a "test".
* Stationary automatic speed cameras
* A woman with the brilliant idea to put id-tags on the wrists of her children so that they can be safely returned if they get lost in a shopping mall or similar (seen news about this from Japan aswell)


Now we've all (probably) heard about biometric scanning aswell. It will be interesting to see how that works out and how many that will be able to keep their fingers.

Whoever "they" are, I get the feeling that things are behind schedule, which is probably a good thing.

i meant specifically news about the functionality "coding system", but yes there is a lot in the news if you pay attention to the small stuff. they've started implementing the "dashboard transponders" here (US) at the beginning of the year. they're being used for drive-thru fast food restaurants and gas stations as well as toll roads.  the "humane society" no longer allows adoptions of ANY pets unless they are implanted with the gps tracker chip ($25.00) each, and talk also of a new "national ID card" functioning as a drivers license and social security card in one...plus the AMERO. a counter part to the EURO that will include (of course) the territory from south america to canada.

i agree that things feel like they're behind (thank GOD & those beings that work to curb the dark force). still 2012 is a blink away, and i sense the agenda will be gaining momentum.

watching bush's address on t.v. LIVE as we speak. no point trying to make sense of it.

Souljah, it is pretty obvious what is happening. There are just too many people who can't recognize it, or continue denying it.

If, someone loads the a gun, and then points it out you, what is the possible dangers in that? I wish people would speak out for defending their rights and freedom, unfortunately people are simply too apathetic or gullible.

Unfortunately, if this continues, then we really just have to let this government campaign run it's course, and simply contemplating what that would lead to, does not make me very optimistic for the future, in fact, I think this could be the most difficult and hardest phase of our life, if we still have one that is.
