I would have never thought buying one book would be such a large fork in my lifepath.

So to date the only two books on OBE I've read are Astral Dynamics and...uh, a Denning and Phillips one, the name escapes me now. Anyway, I definitely really prefer Robert Bruce's techniques and theories to what seem to be the more widely accepted theories. I would however like a better foundation in my knowledge of said theories, but until I can add to my collection of books, would anybody like to give me a 101 crash course on the whole "F-12 F-10 F-somethin' C-2" etc. stuff?
