Hello Nick
Thanks for the link [:)]
just an idea but we could use this as the "astral location"  that is dicussed else where on the forum. It has all the pictures and details for phasing and estabishing a real presents in the astral planes, With  portial doors etc. Anyway it's just an idea what do you think!

The Lucid Crossroads will be getting a massive revamp in about six months time. There will be far more for the astral travellers and those intrested in etheric experiences. I'll also be updating the astral part of the site as I've had alot more experince with this side recently.

But in the meantime let me know if you reach there and leave your body via the mirror (which I don't think anyones done yet).

Hello Pantalimon [:D]
Great idea's in your web site and the chat room setup is very cool thanks. I'll be a regular for sure.
All the best.

Nick

Glad I posted this website! [:D]  I wasn't expecting the webmaster to reply but I'm glad you did Russell. I have it now in my favorites list and look forward to new developments there. The astral locale idea is a great one kromeknight and should be suggested as a possibility. For others, the topic kromeknight is referring to is found in the Astral Consciousness forum. Adrian placed a "sticky" on it. It can be found at:

This is a website I stumbled across this evening that has a load of nice links (including the Astral Pulse) on it:
