Hi everyone!
I have been watching this forum for a little while now and have been reading the Astral Pulse website for a little longer and I have become so facinated by the subject.
I have even ordered Astral Dynamics but haven't recieved it yet.
I have never had an OBE. I think it is because I have a hugh problem with emptying my head. I simply cannot stop thinking, ever. But that doesn't stop me from practicing, I will be able to do it someday []
