well the subject is about as a simple as the discussion but any way I heard there was some risks to lentaion I was just wondering what they were and how to practice this technique correctly with out hurting my self
Lentation is a tech or something that allows you to rush adrenaline into your blood(i'm not sure if that's how it works), anyway, it slows down your perception of time giving you the slow motion efect.
But of course there's a lot of damage you would cause to your body by abusing of the adrenaline.
Waste your time trying to project instead..
Hmm,I did the opposite...
the "berserker" effect, but doing exactly the same...
rushing andrenalin into my body :s this gave me the "speed up" effect...

Yeah, that stuff
really drains you. All those stories about people doing incredible things in tense situations, like lifting cars off of family members, are a result of adrenaline. Having that kind of chemical flowing through you to simply slow down your perception of time is just going to shorten how much time you're going to live more than likely as it causes major stress to body organs.

There is a traditional yogic belief that people only get to breathe a fixed number of times and then they die. Anything which makes you breathe faster takes away from how long that breathing will take. Of course, sedentary lifestyles are not yogic traditions and too little activity has problems of its own.
