Id like to know if there is a way on how to know if you are cursed by entities. Because i have a suspect that i have been cursed by negative entities because my skin, specially at my arm, has many pimple-like matter that grows (some are red. some are small). I went to a doctor and check my blood and urine, but they found negative about the result. And the doctor said that it is PROBABLY a viral infection.
How the hell should i trust the doctor's findings if he is not SURE!?.

The doctor is right about what he said, I had something similar. It will go away.
Most of the "curses" we suffer are not the result of external entities, but internal emotions that we are not dealing with properly.
There are many doctors that will give much evidence of the fact that stress in our lives causes so many physical ailments. Stress usually comes about from our inabilities to cope with things in our lives. Much of that comes back to emotional awareness - are we expressing our emotions or bottling them up?
Are we expressing emotions in a positive manner? Even anger, which so many people view as negative, can be released in a healthy way.
Look first to what is inside of you before looking to what might be outside of you.

maybe you're right, it is a stress. but it keeps on spreading.
maybe i should work on my stress not to think about curse.
Those are right who said you got this from stress... In the past month, I've been in quite a depression, and, guess what - I've got the same symptoms. So, first, deal with what's inside you, and only then look for possible external causes. :)

.by the way, is there a method to evaporate stress aside from exercise?
