It Has been quite a Long while!

Hello everyone! i'm sure most,if not all of you don't remember me. i joined this forum more than 2 years ago, seeking help with astral projection, in the hopes of achieving it and furthering my knowledge of the aspect, I cant imagine how i would thank this forum for all the information and knowledge i have acquired! I remember due to the resources available here i managed to once induce sleep paralysis and get my first O.B.E .

Was quite the shocking time for me. Although about 2 months after signing up here my life became a lot more busy and i hardly had the time to experiment and gain more experience from this. now nearly 3 years later here i am back here in the hopes to recover and get back in the game.

The only problem is i do not think i've ever had a lucid dream, SP or O.B.E after that period. most of the techniques i used are a bit blurry or forgotten, but i guess i'll work my way up there once again.

Silly question to ask, but in no way would it be more difficult for me to achieve O.B.E's? since i slacked off all this while.
also if there's anything "new" and "helpful" i've missed on these past years, could someone please notify me.
