Title: Kundalini, a question.

you don't need a kundalini awakening to become a whole person

there are many other factors involved in an "awakening"

Hi Rastus

I think You may be interested in reading "Kundalini Yoga" by Sri Swami Sivananda:

http://www.yoga-age.com/modern/kun1.html

and an edonkey link if You need a pdf version:

ed2k://|file|kundalini.pdf|798212|9EC48F35F96428AF31BB018352025E2B|/

ps. It's only my opinion but i strongly disagree with what Moonburn33 said - maybe it's because i have different definition for "being a whole person".

First, can you OBE at will and hold yourself in the vibrational phase? RB was doing research some while ago with very developer (spiritually, energetically, etc) people getting them through kundalini while in the vibrational state. Said that in that way kundalini raising is much safer and generally less extreme. You might want to try mailing him about it - but dont expect a quick reply, I haven't heard from him in a while and I  was mailing about seriously important stuff.

Does anyone have a good website or reference material for Kundalini?  I mean like a primer or intro course?  I was following the sticky thread and was reading someones story about kundalini from a link.

This quote triggered something:
Another unfortunate part of the process is that during this whole time and to a great extent the past 2 years prior to my 'kundalini awakening' it as if I have been depressed. When I say depressed - I mean lacking in feeling and general happiness.

which pretty much describes me last year.  Especially how I came out of depression, it was quite sudden, not gradual.  The more I read the more it sounds like I wrote the letter.
