Title: Law of attraction

I am trying to use the laws opf attractions. I have several phrases that I repeat in my head each day to try and obtain the results by putting it out into the universe. But how much is enough and how much is to much? 20 times a day 100?

Some believe it to be additive... the more you place the Intent, the high chance that you'll change the probabilities of whatever outcome it is you want to happen.

the emotion is more important than the words.  if you can feel emotional memories of a scenario similar to the one you're trying to attract you are putting a great deal more energy out there.  you could do this a couple times a day i guess.  when you bring up a physical emotional feeling it is more of a powerful signal to your subconscious to make things happen.

When I set a goal, I just visualize myself in that situation as if I've already done it before and then take whatever steps are neceassary to get there.

Until a few years ago i would disregard LOA and tell people its nonsense . Firstly i have a kinda anxiety disorder which is going away but sometimes i repeat this phrase to myself in my head to make me feel in my comfort zone although its all nonsense i cant help it.
anyhow , a few year ago after finishing college i really badly wanted a job abroad. After readin one of those books...self help books for the fun of it. I decided to try it and repeat to myself and feel the desired goal. unsure wether it would work.

i would attach the sentence that staes my desired goal to the sentence i say when i get nervous because of my anxiety and so i found myself repeating it alot in my head.

amazingly , after doing it for a few weeks i found it worked :D
