I understand that the goal of any life is experience. However there are a lot of experiences available. Currently I am passionate about three or four things in my life (and have been for a while).
Does that mean that before incarnating into this life I had these experiences in mind as the primary goal of this current life?
Have anybody while out of body or meditating gotten any idea or clear view what are these experiences that you came into this life for, and if OOBE was it info from your guide or higher self?
Thanks
I believe that the passionate things in your life are definitely there for a reason, though what reason and how big an impact is probably different for everyone. For some it could be a "primary goal", and for others it could be just one small part of something larger. The fun is in the discovery of these things and finding out how you relate to them and why you're drawn to them.
Going into the astral and expecting direct answers about deep questions in life isn't really as easy as you would think, probably because it would circumvent the reason for these experiences in the first place. As HST said, "buy the ticket, take the ride".
But who knows, others have reported being drawn to things due to past-life experiences and stuff like that.
Maybe... it isn't impossible.
I feel that I am 'into' the things I am because of some deeper connection than just a 'hobby'. Maybe a 'hobby' is something we bring with us into this existence that we didn't want to let go in a prior existence.
I am thoroughly into aliens and UFOs... I was fascinated by them when I was little. I lost interest as a teen but then got asked to do an alien exhibition... after that I'd had enough of all things alien. But... the subject keeps coming back to me whether I like it or not. Recently it's been made obvious that it is a life passion, because I just keep falling into it. Most of the people I used to read about in UFOlogy are now friends. It was meant to be. At what level am I involved in UFOs and such?.... I daren't say.
I have other 'wont go away' interests.

Yeah, that makes sense.
I'm into metal music, fitness, bass guitar, psychology, spiritualism and voice acting. I don't know what kind of past life gave me that bizarre range of interests LOL, but nevertheless I' enjoying it hoping that it's part of something larger that I don't see
