Losing a thousand dollars

Can anyone help me make this a win/win situation? Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to cancel (at this late date) my attendance at the Robert Bruce astral travel workshop at the Feathered Pipe Ranch, Montana, USA, July 3-10.
