Generally, reading back posts is the best way to find info on AP and OBEs. Also, pick up a copy of Astral Dynamics, by Robert Bruce (creator of this site). Finally, check out the nonforum area of Astral Pulse, which is located at astraldynamics.com.

I thought Adrian was saying not to use www.astraldynamics.com anymore. You are suppose to use www.astralpulse.com. You will find a lot of information on the homepage. There are a lot of guides there that you will find helpful.

Welcome to the forums!

As fallnangel77 indicated, the link to Robert Bruce's website is

http://www.astralpulse.com/

I have had to get used to this myself as I had been posting the earlier link. To restate some of what's been said, I would encourage all new members to spend time reading previous posts. Particularly, there are two useful ways to start: one, take a look at the "sticky" topics such as in the Astral Consciousness forum; and two, use the search engine.

With respect to the "sticky" topics, I'll just say that I have read some of those long threads in the Astral Consciousness forum a number of times. I learned astral phasing because of Frank. It was after reading his posts, and then trading posts with him, that I changed my whole astral program to where I started receiving some solid results.

There is a lot of good information here. Reading these "sticky" topics and using the "search" function will be very beneficial to anyone who takes the time to do so.

Very best,

Thanks for the help, everyone.

Juventas is a Roman goddess, supposedly the roman goddess of youth. By all means, I'm not saying I'm a goddess, but it's a fun name. [:)]

I just found it by surfing the mythology sites.

Hello,
I am totally new to this forum. This seems like a really cool site with lots of info, however, I feel totally lost.

My question is what is AP and projection? Also, is there a main page on this forum where I can find stuff for beginners?

Thanks!
Juventas
