I only found interest in all things AP etc through my friend and only a year and a bit ago.He introduced me to it all and I became totally into it.Loved reading about everything and practicing. However, over the last 3 months not been able to find any point in it.Lost all interest, apart from reading bits on here. Is this the norm? Have others experienced the same thing? Think Im going to call it a day. Will drop in on The Pulse now and again.
Hi,
It sounds like you need a break. Thing to do is just keep what you want to achieve on your mind. Don't dwell on it, just one of those thoughts like buying a lottery ticket and imagining what you'd do if you won.
This could be enough. If you've really tried and got nowhere the fact of trying too hard will prevent it happening. A relaxed state where you're not bothered usually has rewards. There's many who give up and a week later have an NPR experience.
Take a rest from this completely. No attempts at all. Just catch up on your sleep. Try to keep your legs stretched out, the more the better. See you soon.
It's always fine to have time-outs. AP should never be escapism from this reality. After all, that's what we're here for: experience this physical world and physical life with all its hardships and benefits and lessons to belearnt.
As regards AP, you can always resume it. Maybe then it motivates you to set new goals? Theres is a lot that can be done or visited. Just some examples: go to higher planes, go to other planets in our universe, try to get past life data, try to meet your guide(s), try to meet angels or masters, try to heal (yourself, others), try to 'meet' your higher self, try to meet deceased people you knew, try to get to the akashic records / the library and/or retrieve data from (or witness) historic events and humanity's history / evolution, etc pp...
I have a lot of it still unfulfilled or only partially done and it keeps me going and motivated.
