is it possible to manifest growth, like growing taller?
and if so what kind of techniques would one use?

ummm biokenisis (which I have absolutely no clue on how to do that) or your eating and self hypnosis (I am going to be taller) did you know there are people in other country that go through exspensive and painful surgery to become taller I think in korea or japan but I cant find information on it so it might not be true

How old are you, my friend? Unless you are over 22, I would not worry about getting taller yet, you may be whole inches taller in the future.

If you are over 22, and do not have health problems related to horomones (for which a doctor's visit is in order), I would just try to manifest contentness
