Mastering Astral Projection in 90 days!

okay ive been doing robert bruces MASTERING ASTRAL PROJECTION book and im only 14 days into it, havn't really had anything happen yet been able to recall dreams better and am very good with my body awareness and all those tingly sensations you get.Anyway i was just wondering if anyone else is on this and have been able to have obes or AP from it or have made good progress with it or does anyone have any opinions on it?

I would also like to know about this book particularly if it is demanding in terms of time required for the exercises and if it is worth buying if you already have Astral Dynamics.

I got my first conscious OBE on day 30.  I know it helped me.
007:  If you have AD, you can probably work with it, although it doesn't have the presets in the MAP system.  However, if you have an online friend who has MAP (like Kie here) you can probably coordinate some steps.  I realize my advice is not exactly objective, but I couldn't have achieved the degree of control I have if not for MAP.
