Brain Wave Generator- i have some questions

I have downloaded the Brain Wave Generator and now have a few questions:
-first: i have downloaded  some sounds from the file library here, but they don´t open, why? I use unzip and the files that i see are in a diferent format. Do i have to download it to the same folder where i have the brainwavegen?

-when i was a child (less than 12 months) i had 3-4 epilepsy atacks (not the big ones). Everybody says that i´m healed. Do i must be worried about that (i think i will post something similar related to Obes...)?

-many times i see some topics that talk about meditations stages, like maeditation stage 10, or astral stage 24. What is that and where can i found more info?
