I havent been projecting long, my first successfull projection was after about 3 weeks of trying.. anyways I cant really remember my Projections.. they seem to fade, alot like a dream. Maybe you are projecting but your just not knowing it.. I didnt even realize it my first time, and then when I did I came back to my body.
Also I am not quite sure I understand what you mean.. so do you think your projecting or dreaming, or talking with dead spirits or what?

I have a question.  Sometimes I'm dreaming a AP, at least I think it is a AP during the experience.  When I awake I consider it a lucid dream.  I'm not sure if its a dream or AP anymore.  Does anyone keep encountering people.  Sometimes they tell me they can see my etheric cord as they know I am alive and its O.K. to be dead.  Other times they laugh at me or seem annoyed if I try to avoid them becouse they say thay want to speak to me. At times I get worried I might be trapped there and the simple command to awaken causes me to in fact wake.
