Vedic technique for clear dreams

I read somewhere that there is a Vedic tecnique, for dreaming, that is very useful:when u go sleep, you start to think on what you did before (edit: there was a mistake in here) wenting to sleep, and then what you did before that, and so on, seeing your day backwards 'til the moment you woke up on that day.

That is useful because your mind wont take anymore, during dreams, about things that happened on that day, and so your mind will be free to have more clearly visions/dreams/lucid dreams, etc.

So i have now some questions related to this:
1) does anyone here pratice that or heard about that techique before?

2) does it work?

3) isnt it better to: think about everything you did, after woke up, instead of thinking in from front to back? And what if, after that, u think a little (just a little) about your problems on that day and some possible solutions just to clean even more the mind (i would this only if i could get sure that after thinking on the problems, i was able to forget them a few moments later).

thanks
I love you!

I used to do it when I was much younger, not to lucid dream, but just to rest more.  I didn't know it was Vedic- I can't even remember where I got the idea.  Did it help? I don't know, but I've been spontaneously projecting and lucid dreaming all my life, even before I did that.  So I'm not being helpful, just attesting to having done it also.

I wrote that last night. Went to sleep and no i woke up to tell that probably is a good technique: i had a lucid dream :)

I used the technique and i had a LD, not completly lucid but with a degree of awareness bigger than normal and, besides that, i could see things in my dream with a high level of detial. It was amazing because i was flying (my favourite kind of dreams)!
I love you!

Hello Kaz

Sounds interersting but I not not really understand it. Do I think about the day I just had before I go to bed? Like first I think ah i watched TV before that I eate a steak in the afternoon I went jogging in the morning I was on the internet....
Something like that?

I'm confused caüse you said you start by thinking would you did before you woke up?
You think about what you dreamed last night ?

Oh!! Sorry Tombo! you are right! It was my mistake! I wanted to say: "i think on what i did before went to sleep".

First you think on what you did right before you went to bed. Than you think on what you did right before that, and so on..last you will think on yourself waking up on that day.

I found the technique somewhere (i dont remember) but i think that you dont see yourself doing things totally backwards. I mean, you think on what you did before getting to sleep (lets suppose that it was eating a bred) and then you think on what you did before that (going to WC, for example). You dont see yourself moving back. For example, you dont see yourself eating the bred like if you were pushing back a movie on a DVD player. No, instead, you see yourself eating the bred normally, then you see the scene of yourself going to the WC, and so on.

Do you get it now?

Sorry about the mistake. I am going to correct that (with the edit option) now.
I love you!
