Wtf is going on?

Its like everything is the same but something is going on..
Dont say you dont think nothings happening, some days im just panically running trought news..i just got the feeling that somethings on and i dont know it..its passing me by..
Or media has did this to me, programmed me in way i expect horrbile accidents to happen, because they show this to us as an event/braking news, not as a catastrphe?
Or its just my age..?

..Whatever, just tell me your opinion, wtf is going on!?

i feel detached from something, like i know something is out there almost like tryint to find me/call me/tel me something..but i cant hear, i feel like im in box, so im using internet, te "get out" ... strange .. maybe its somekind of psychological disfunction, because of too much time by pc or smthing eles..enyway..discussions welcome

This might touch on an interesting idea that the people who feel massive change is underway (and generally such people follow certain spiritual practices) might be externalising the change which is happening to them and imposing it on their world view. When we consider that our own view is all we can ever know, change happening in us can change our view of the world, and so we can assume that other things have changed or change is happening - when in fact Joe public still goes to work, comes home, goes to the pub etc.
If I'm honest I have seen no more change than usual – but I guess others might disagree .

I don't think much more bad stuff is happening now than have been happening in the past. What about the crusades, world wars, civil wars, holocausts, etc. in the past? We haven't had them happen for a long time, we've been luck so far. But I do think that there is a greater potential for huge destruction now. Nukes are relatively easy to get a hold of, and with extremist groups preaching hate and destruction, that is not a good thing.

Things change all the time, and rarely go back. Technology is a major influencer for most change, but I suppose it depends on what the original poster meant by 'change.'

What people failt to take into consideration is that news which we would never of heard of even 50 years ago is beemed into our front rooms near instantly when it happens. Our papers report stories they wouldn't have known about 50 years ago. So in effect, we have a barrage of news (bad news cause good news doesnt really seel as well) which seems to suggest bad things are escelating. But things haven't really changed - we just hear a lot more of it, more instantly.
