Mr.Flip

its 12-6-13 6:19 am here in illinois as i begin to write this, i woke up at 4:30ish pm yesterday and that was from a 2 hr nap, before that i woke up at 12noon on 12-4-13 and to make matters wose i havent been eating right for the past week

I love sleep it feels so relaxing but i do not like to do nothing, to me sleep costs alot all the things there is to learn and know the things to see (i blame the internet alot alot alot)
im very sure that i have not astral projected because
1. i would regularly smoke marijuana but now i quit due to upcoming future events
2. because of how i sleep very irregular hours.

when i had a job i still didnt sleep right waking up and going to work for 10-12hrs on 3-4 hrs of sleep just becuase i love to stay awake and explore, socialize, and eat lol or play games
i really dont know what to else to say and i dont even know if this spot is the right place for this topic

but it would be cool to see if other people had the same issues or any advice on how sleep effects the brain and astral projection

DO NOT CALL ME INSOMNIAC I AM NOT AN INSOMNIAC REAL INSOMNIACS HAVE WAYS WORSE PROBLEMS THAN THIS

im just concerned because everytime i dont sleep the whole night i feel pains in my body even sick, i even feel a specific pain in my groin when i do this and my chest
also my head starts to feel like waves of just i cant really describe it but it feels like a rush of electricty to keep it awake.
by the way i havent been online in a long time and u all r still as cool as when i left lol rockstarz  :-D but please criticise
(!)Spark it up

You might try some slow deep breathing , that puts me to sleep after a while . You could try some yoga , or listen to coast to coast , its an over night radio talk show on am stations in most US cities .

Listen to this while you are in bed. It goes for an hour, but I doubt you will make it through it awake. I usually fall asleep on the 3rd or 4th cycle.

I tried to use it while Phasing and found that it just put me to sleep, no matter how strong my will to stay awake was.

It's dubbed "the most relaxing Song of all time" and I for one believe that statement to be true.

Good Luck!  :-)

Here's the "Bio" on it:

The most relaxing song of all time.

"It slows your breathing and reduces brain activity to such an extent that Weightless, written by Manchester band Marconi Union, is said to be the 'most relaxing song ever'.

The eight-minute track is so effective at inducing sleep, motorists have now been warned they should not listen to it whilst driving.

The band worked with sound therapists to get advice on how to make the most effective use of harmonies, rhythms and bass lines. The result on listeners is a slowing of the heart rate, reduced blood pressure and lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol." (Daily Mail, David Gerges)

Marconi Union are a British musical trio Richard Talbot, Jamie Crossley and Duncan Meadows, with strong links to the Manchester based DOTCA arts collective. Their music incorporates elements of electronica, ambient, jazz and dub.
