music suggestion???opinion??

I don't know if you'll like it, but Cusco has some nice New Age music. A lot of their stuff is packed with all kinds of melodies and harmonies but at the same time you don't really notice all that without really paying attention. It's just really nice background music.

You should listen to whatever music you like, provided it calms you and causes positive emotions within.

i would like some oppinions on what kind of music i should listen to while meditating, because iv heard music does lots for meditation so any tips or suggestions? i liste to rock and punk, so any other you mention give a catagory and name
