So my friend challenges me to tell him what he posted on his room .
He told me that he put some notes on the wall of his room .
Can i astral project and go to his room and see what is in the note ?

I know where is his house and i can visualize his room my question is
can i AP and go to his room in RTZ ?

There are many factors involved in doing this successfully, but sure!

I would love to know what are those factors Xanth  :-)

Well, the main two are YOUR expectations/beliefs and your friends expectations/beliefs.
These play a HUGE part in what you'll see and how you'll interpret your experience.

Other minor factors will include the environment variables of the reality you're experiencing (because it's NOT this physical reality) and any other consciousnesses "around" you... as their expectations/beliefs will also be influencing your experience.
Then there's your own focus, which is tied to your expectations/beliefs.  You can very easy influence the "information" your friend posted for you to see.

To minimize all of these things, you have to remain as centered and grounded as you can.  This will remove as much "noise" from the equation as possible and will allow you to see what it is your friend posted.  It depends more upon your friends Intent when they posted it as much as it is your Intent on reading it.

I didn't realize there was so many factors that went into this.

FrancisbrD have you ever astral projected before?

As an example of what Xanth said above, here's what happened to me when I tried this.  My daughter drew a picture and slid it underneath the couch.   Before I fall asleep on the couch, I pull the picture out without looking at it, and if I manage to make it to the RTZ, I'll just be able to look over the side of the couch and see what the picture is.  One day, while sleeping on the couch, I projected into the RTZ and realized that I forgot to slide the picture out before I went to sleep.  Then I thought -well no problem, I'll just get up and slide the picture out with my astral body.  So I did.  I felt for the picture under the couch, grabbed it, and as I slid it out, I thought to myself that I shouldn't try to imagine the paper as I slide it out or else I will influence what it looks like.  So I imagined nothing in my head...so what do you suppose I saw when I slid the paper out?  Nothing!  There was no paper in my hands!  Even though I could clearly FEEL the paper between my fingers with both hands, it was invisible.  So you can see how thoughts can influence things!  It's tricky but can be done, I guess.  There's a validation thread one this site with success stories.   :)

I would try on your own before you take your friend up on the challenge...

I once had an OBE where I got out of bed and walked into the lounge where I saw my boyfriend laying on the sofa in his dressing gown watching TV, I quickly willed myself back and raced out to the lounge expecting to tell him all about it and ask if he had seen me

lol he was in the lounge (but I knew that before hand) I was actually shocked to see he was sitting on an arm chair not laying of the sofa and no dressing gown either...

Perhaps I projected to the future or the past
or perhaps my subconscious was just showing me a familiar scene...an expected one

I definitely think you should practice on your own but also don't feel like you have to prove this to anyone...If you do the friends challenge, do it for your own experiment not for his :)

When it comes to a challenge such as meeting a friend or observing something nearby to them, there is not much better...that engages your intent better than just about anything mundanely considered.

So, do it.

You may get varying results, but the effort is definitely worth it. You will get an experience to log.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
