Ok this is based on Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming, And why we can't seem to Stay out/in one for very long, and hopefully can work on fixing it or working something out. So usually when we try these experiences we doing it thru sleep, and even when we are awake we still need to be in the Delta, Alpha, or theta states to achieve them, But right now we are delving into everyone favorite number 1 way of trying to achieve an experience and that's during the night thru sleeping. During sleep we go thru at least 5 different stages of REM sleep, with the first one always being VERY SHORT 90 mins, and from my experience we are always trying to project as soon as we lay down or even enter a Lucid dream when we first lay down, and here in lies the problem, when we project we are projecting or lucid, during the first Rem cycle, which again lasts only 90 mins, but time is distorted or different on these different frequencies. So during the experiences when we feel things getting blurred or out of sync, that is or cycle getting ready to go to the next, so we must try to last the shift to the next cycle which on these frequencies can transition slow or fast, and what I mean by lasting these shifts I mean keep doing what ever you do to get clarity, and once you are back in the clear do more reality checks also, do whatever you can to keep the experience going during the shift otherwise, you lose the experience and go dreaming. not sure if this been talked about already or if people realized this already, this concludes my thoughts. Here's the video that got me to thinking about the REM cycle shifts connection to our experiences.
