need a little help

hey, its good to be back Astral Pulse.
I just need a little help, I have been practicing astral projecting for quite sometime but it has kinda shot off. i need some help getting back this skill, what would be a god start, i have tried so many techniques, methods, meditations, and i still havnt been able to get it back. even the lucid dreams have quit, some of my dreams i cannot remember. could anyone please help. thanks
