Need help desperately

[Devotional]

Hi ...i really really need your help....

I am a very devoted guy and when i pray,i feel intense surges of devotion and energy flowing through me...
But every single time i pray with intense devotion,my solar plexus chakra starts hurting with pain...it goes away after my prayer session...but when i am praying,it pains like hell and it really takes my concentration away from the prayers..this has been a constant source of frustration for me...
Can someone please give me advice as to how i can overcome this problem..please help me.

Welcome to the forum , it sounds like you got some kind of fear creating this .  It could be that you are just praying too hard . Try some deep breathing while you are praying .      desert rat

how do you pray? may be you are in a stance or form that is putting strain on your boddy causing your body to tense up and start to hurt in an area.... try a comfy position....

I can understand your position. Follow the method of Desert-rat. I also agree with him.
