Welcome to the Astral Pulse. [:)] There is a lot of good information here in many of the previous posts. Feel free to look them over. Certain topics have been made "sticky" because of a recurring beneficial value. Take a look at some of the "sticky" topics in the Astral Consciousness forum for example.
Also, we have a search engine as well. So if there is a particular keyword or topic you have in mind, our search engine will cover the database of previous posts for you.
