Hi, I'm new to the forum, with 2 OBE's and one 2 Lucid dreams... "To my knowledge anyway ".
I've read all of Carlos Castenada and a good bit of Robert Bruce and heaping pile of other books long this similar vain.
I'm currently half way through Mastering Astral projection, after reading Astral Dynamics first. Which leads me to a question:
Being a mac owner, The brainwave generator is unusable for me. Does anyone know of any kind of brainwave stimulator ported for us Mac heads?
Side note: I received an Ipod Shuffle for Christmas, wow what a great tool. Three days ago, using itunes, I uploaded all the Affirmations from the CD included in Bruce's book Mastering Astral Projection, and I wear the Ipod Shuffle to bed. WOW!!! Talk about mainline straight to the subconscious. It has increased my dream awareness and retention by 10 fold. I plan to make make my own affirmations once I start to get tired of hearing these repeated over and over.
Anyhow, I LUV the forum. TTFN
Well I don't know much about Mac's so I will skip that part.
However.....Since you have the Ipod I would suggest looking around on the Internet, and I think they even have a few posted here, for the raw MP3 files instead in the meantime and using the Ipod with those. That should work pretty good. Granted you won't be able to make any changes to them like you can with BWG but its a start.
Welcome to the Forums.

Yep, this seems to be my lot in life. Macs are great for graphic design, video and audio, but there's not much niche software available beyond that.
Anyway, I've been using the Theta Meditation System, by Dr. Jeffery Thompson too. I get up at 5 AM to let the dog take care of business, and afterwords I go back to bed for an hour listening to the Theta Meditation MP3s. My best dream work is done at that time of morning. I just find that the affirmation voice triggers more purposeful dream work, but the Theta music delivers me right to the zone quickly. Maybe I'll merge the two together in Apple's Garage Band software. Hmmm... I LUV my Mac!!!
