I think you'll find a lot in common with many here, Vaelmandt. I haven't used it much, but there's a really good chance if you're looking for something you can find it with the Search Function at the top of the page right under where you log out...
Any particular experiences you have had that you'd wish to share?
Strangely enough, no. I've never had any supernatural experiences. I have felt the presence of an essence around me or someone else before (souls, entities if you will) however. But I wouldn't consider that such an experience. I seek the ability of AP for the knowledge it holds really. I'm not too concerned with the pleasure of it, though it might be great. I'm very much into enlightening myself with any kind of truth there is.
Take a look at the permanent astral topics and you will find some good advice in there on how to start.
Success varies for everyone.. I had projected by my 3rd try, where others it takes months or even up to years.. just have faith within your self.

If you're looking for AP, you need to remember that it's a long term goal. Before you do any OBE work you should work on your energy/etheric body so you'll have less trouble. If you have any questions...

Hey people, just joined...I really don't know much at all. My friend just lent me Astral dynamics today. For about a year now I've really come to be disturbed with the material world and its earthboundess. And I know there's more. That's why I'm here. I'm looking foward to everything I'm about to learn. A little worried about some stuff but I'll get over it.
