Title: numerology
Post by: SiVA on October 17, 2005, 22:31:55
HI,

I was talking with someone who knows a bit about numerology, and they were fascinated when we did the numbers on my young boy. He was born in 11/10/2000 so if you add those up it's only 5 (1 + 1 + 1 + 0 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 0). Most people have a two digit number, mine is 32, so you end up with three numerology values from a two digit number: 3 (first part of 32) 2 (second part of 32) and 5 (3 + 2).

So does anyone know how all of this applies to someone with just a single digit?

Thanks,
-Justin

Hi SiVA,

I'm a practicing numerologist, so I certainly hope I can answer your question here.

What you're looking at here is something that has become common with children born since the turn of the millennia. Anyone born from 1800 onwards will always have a two digit "compound" number for their Life Path (the sum of all date of birth numbers).

The primary value to be read in the Life Path, or indeed any of the core numbers is the single digit "base" number. The compound number that goes above the base can give further insight or detail into the base numbers energies, but it's not as relevant, especially in relationship to the other energies that might be present in the chart.

You've shown yours 32 over 5. The five that both you and your son has shows a life's path that is potentially one of versatility, constructive freedom, intelligence, being able to "sell" your ideas to others.

In your case the 3 and 2 show "sub layers" to the 5 energy. Firstly the 3 adds joy of life, sociability and creativity, and the 2 adds an ability to connect to and communicate well with others. Those energies come in that order, meaning you put joy of life and sociability before connecting with others. Your five works with a blending of these energies. In the case of your son, he's a pure five. He won't have any influence of the sub energies brought in by the compound number.

Has that helped, or have I just confused you more.  :?

Blessings,
James.

Hi James,

Thanks for the very informative reponse. Yes, everything you said makes sense, except I'm not sure my numerology numbers quite line up with my character/personality type.

I'm not very sociable, and my communication skills are horrible. Maybe those are things I'm supposed to work on in this lifetime...

Thanks again,
-Justin

What does 26/8 mean?

Just curious, I've never had a numerology reading done before! :)

Hi All,

OK, lets see now...

SiVA,
The numbers show the potentials -  the opportunities and the challenges. not what definitely is or isn't, as in nothing is written in stone.
Not knowing any of the other numbers in your chart, I can only see the potential of your un-influenced life path. The numbers in a chart form a mosaic. The energies of each number interact with every other number, along with other indicators that come into play to show the intensity of individual numbers.

A full chart could reveal a challenge in both areas of communication and social skills. Remember though that wherever you may see an area of challenge or weakness, there will always be something else in your chart that will show an area of strength that can be used to overcome the weakness.

Numerology can give a lot of answers, and good guidance, but ultimately we choose our directions, and we are all responsible for how we apply the information to our lives.

Almost Mrs. Murphy,
As with SiVA, there will be other influences on these numbers that I can't tell you about, but completely un-influenced, 26/8 tells me the following:

8 is the number of manifestation - material or financial achievement, success, efficiency, status.
The sub-energies that go into this are the 2, which shows friendship, co-operation, sensitivity & harmony, and 6 which is the number of love & caring, responsibility to and connection to others.

If this is your life path number, made up from the numbers in your date of birth, it could read that your prospects or potential in life is to achieve material success and status, well suited to being part of a successful business or business partnership. This success will be helped along by sensitivity & love for others, and an ability to connect well with and co-operate well with others.

Kazbadan,
Lots of creativity here! 39, 3 + 9 = 12, 1 + 2 + 3, so you've got 39/3
The number three and any multiple of three shows an energy of creativity.

Your life path shows the potential to experience a joyful life, the ability to interact well with others, be considered a fun person to be around, and express yourself creatively. Three is the number of the entertainer.

The sub energies contain another 3, which will enhance the main number three, and the 9 shows even more creative energies, and a deeply caring humanitarian nature.

I'd say that if you have any urges to do something creative, be it art, music, writing, anything that will allow you to express yourself creatively, go for it! You've a lot of this energy in you just busting to get out. I'd say you've the potential to have a lot of fun with it, and you'd find creativity something that could bring a lot of people to you, and you could give a lot to them.

As with the others, this is an un-influenced look at your life path energies, so I don't know what other energies are around them to have an effect.

Blessings,
James.

Thanks for the "reading my number", lol. SO, i am a creative person...there are many times where i want to create something new indeed, be it in art or any other thing. My mind is always filled with ideas but i never give any form to them, because i want to do so many things, that i get lost!

I think you should start asking for money for your "readings" :D

Hi Kaz,
Thanks.
Yes, If you've got too much of the three energy in your chart, you can end up feeling really scattered. Means you need to reign yourself back in, and work at focussing more on one thing at a time.
This is a problem I suffer from myself.

By the way, I am a professional numerologist.
My full charts cost between $50 and $150 depending on the level of detail requested. But I enjoy doing mini readings just for fun. Keeps my skills sharpened, and I enjoy seeing people getting something from it.

James.
