From what I've heard most of his stories about aliens are only metaphor. Who would believe in "reptilian aliens"?   :)

LOL NeoSaturn. Yeah he writes in an evangelical way - the book, "And The Truth Shall Set You Free" had a big impact on me when I was 17.  But I've learnt something about inducing epiphany states recently and i've realised that if I'd had epiphany happen to me in church etc I'd be a true believer now.  Something I'm gonna write a post about later on I think.

As for David Icke, get yourself some huge pinches of salt to take his books with. I personally think it's mostly rubbish to be honest. That as ever is my opinion with the experience I have.  There are many books by many people from many viewpoints that "explain" so much. :-). Discernment is one important factor I think :-).

Some of the chapters from Children of The Matrix are so well written that even if they are not factual they are still worth reading.

His book, Tales From The Time Loop and others have made a significant impact on me even though I didn't "buy into" some of the theories. You don't have to take his word for it to get something out of his books. Personally I know many of his ideas to be true (from personal experience).

He has a lot of good ideas and too many rediculious ones. He seems to busy trying to convince people of everything he believes, rather than one important point.
