Exactly one year since my first OBE!

15 OBEs

50-odd sleep paralysis episodes

A handful of lucid dreams

Dozens of controlled non-lucid dreams

Hundreds of dreams recalled

A handful of far fetched theories

And one brand new outlook on life.

Thanks for everything guys! Probably wouldn't have made it if I hadn't found these forums!

EDIT: Actually it's tomorrow, but I'm exhausted, and I couldn't wait :p
