Chakra Pulse?

Actually, the pulse may have coincided with your heart rate, but you can increase or decrease your energy pulse without affecting your heart.

Ok, so are you trying to tell me that chakras do have a pulse?  Maybe I need to read up on them a little more eh?

Yes, chakras have a pulse. I've felt it before.

ive  also had  pulses  tenacious,  in  my stomach like  you and at my third eye.

the pulse i felt in my stomach was  only small, like the size of a marble, i thought it would be to small  to  be  my navel  chakra.

i  think the secret is  to attune  to the pulses  and  synchronise  them with  your  breath.

I agree.  The more I do energy work with my chakras, the more I feel these pulses.  After all, when opened and active, chakras are a spinning spiritual energy center.  

Last night, I felt this pulsing in my root chakra, stomach, heart, throat, and especially my third eye.  In fact, my third eye felt like someone was trying to poke a finger through my forehead!  Not in a painful way though.  Just a lot of pressure.

G'Day!

I was outside tonight laying down looking at stars and I noticed that I had a pulse in my stomache.  It went along with my heart, but I have never noticed this before.  I felt my stomache to see where it was, and it is right above my belly button maybe an inch or so.  It was rather strong too.  Any help would be appreciated!
