Pipe Smoking: What do you think about it?

Hey guys,

I've recently purchased a pipe and I was wondering what you think about pipe smoking in general. I haven't smoked anything before this. I've read up on the risks, and they don't seem too bad.

So...Do you smoke? If so, what kinds of tobacco do you prefer? What type of pipe do you like? If not, why not? What do you think about people that do smoke pipes?

Get a curly one not a straight one. More character in a curly one. For tobacco, find a source of Dr. Eikens cherry.
You'll not be disappointed too much by others comments. Its an aromatic blend that's nice. Get rubbed not flake, its far easier...
I bought my first one in the 70's. Not used it for around 30 years though. It's survived around 15 house moves too.
