Here is a great talk by a man named Thomas Leichardt. He is explaining Astral Projection as taught by Seth. He starts with a short talk on theory, but most of his talk contains technique and explanations of those techniques.

Some people may be questioning "Lionheart, why all these videos? They are so confusing.

Well I get these videos for you guys. I have no problem Aping myself. I want you to listen to it, but don't take what is being said as "Engraved in Gold". Take out of these videos what you think would help your own personal process.

You know yourself better than anyone. You know what makes you tick, what motivates you. You know how good or bad you are at visualizing and what would be comfortable and you also have your own belief systems that you follow.

So when you watch one of these videos "see through" what's being said. If you listen close enough you will find that all these AP videos have so much in common. It's just the Author/Speaker is perceiving it through his/her own "channels" per say.
