Has anyone used AP to find out about past lives?
I have seen 'credible' reports of such phenomenon.
Personally, I believe its more complicated then that. Such as a bowl of oatmeal trying to trace itself back to its original strand of grain. Wouldn't it be easier to just understand the grain field it came from and be happy with that? If breakfast metaphors aren't your cup of tea then one could attempt to observe the origins of a drop of water.
My point: Just because it is one entity now doesn't necessarily mean that it was always one entity.

Breakfast metaphors! LOL! Thanks for the insight. Basically, there is this person in my life I feel super connected to since the very first time we met. He has visited me in the astral as well. All of this spiritual awakening and AP stuff started happening to me spontaneously after we met. Makes me wonder if we've ever shared past lives as well since we seem to have this connection. I see your point though about the oatmeal. Maybe it is more complicated than I thought.
It may be more complicated, or it may be as simple as it seems at first glance - you may have been partners in a previous life, and now is the time for you to reunite and continue exploring together. I would just embrace it, and maybe you'll be able to find an answer sometime, together. Two people trying opens all kinds of new doors for verification if you both find the same things in your search.

i always liked to think of it as each individual is living all lives simultaneously. i know that sounds a lot like "we are all one". but it's really more akin to something NoY said the other day, that we are varying frequencies of one current that is consciousness. materially speaking, we all share some kind of common genetic heritage, so we really are living the lives of every atom in the cosmos.
Many of the self hypnosis tapes that I have used over the years use some of the same relaxation teq. Then you are told to either feel your astral body slip out , or visualize a light at the end of a tunel , and see your self in a past life , ect . desert rat
