Well, I just got it today. If any of you recall, I asked a question about eye flutterings when I was listening to the demo clip, and yes, I had them for quite some time while using the CD.

I must say I think this is the furthest into trance I've ever gotten and I've only used track 1 (I'm supposed to stick with just track 1 for at least a week before delving further into the cd.)

I'd like to ask some questions, as this is my first experience with this deep a level of meditation or trance.

1. How do you bring on the "3d blackness"?

2. What do your hypnagogic images look like?
       I'd always imagined they'd spin slowly, changing colors slowly, because, after all, it's a meditation. But the colors I could see were pulsing very fast, changing just as rapidly, and they had crazy patterns..I felt like I was watching a trippy cartoon or a psychodelic light show that goes with Pink Floyd or the Allman Brothers or that sort of thing. At one point, I put my hands over my eyes to shut out the light and I saw a black backround with blue specs in it, and gradually the blue formed what seemed like a tunnel. I tried to move my point of observation into this tunnel and it didn't work, and when I removed my hands, yellow orange flared and I couldn't see anything. I put my hands back over my eyes and the blue came back but the tunnel was gone.


Some other experiences: I definitely got tingly, I had some spiderwebs on my thumb joints and by my nose, (I caved, I had to scratch on two occassions!), I felt I guess what is described as the heaviness..It was odd. I could feel a spot on the outside of my hands where they were resting on the bed (near the outsides of my pinky knuckles), and I could feel the spot on my body where my hands lightly rested against it, but I could NOT seem to feel on my hands where they rested against my body. The bizarre effect of this was to make me feel as if my torso didn't exist and my arms were twisted in some bizarre manner. I had awareness of my feet and head at this time too, but the most interesting sensation was the goofy feeling that was being created in my arms.

I think at one point my lower chakras were being stimulated; I say this because I could feel myself slowly getting aroused and certain lusty thoughts intruded their way into my experience. Not that this is at all a negative experience, but thankfully these feelings subsided before long.

I definitely had some throat center activity. I felt the sort of thumping (though light) that is frequently described at the heart center preceding an OBE from about my collarbone to my adam's apple. This was one of the strongest sensations I had.

Anyway, that's most of my first experience with this cd. It seems to do its job pretty well. I shall keep you updated, and I'd appreciate some feedback.

FYI, I don't have internet in my dorm any more so I probably won't be posting much until next Friday evening, after I move back home for the summer.
