I was just wondering if it was possible for your pineal gland to be fully calcified. I'm scared mine might be. I think this because I don't think I've ever astral projected and I tried putting a magnet to my third eye but didn't feel anything. But when my friend did it, he said he got a headache. I heard it also sticks to their forehead for some people. I've been trying to astral project for about a week and had no luck. I don't even think I got to the vibrations. Maybe some in my hands but that was it.
Why would you put a magnet to your head? And what is this suppose to show?
Anyways, sounds like you've been reading some crazy stuff. This forum is a one stop shop for the serious.
The pineal gland is not something I ever gave much thought about but I know that it is supposedly responsible for a lot of the experiences. Since we don't need a body to exist, I never give this kind of stuff much attention.
Good luck and I'm sure some helpful replies are forthcoming. :-)
Nobody I have yet read on any forum seems to actually understand the pineal gland.
They assume it is some mystical organ that is being thwarted by modern living and government suppression.
The calcium crystals present in the pineal body are very natural and are actually required for it to work correctly. Also... the alignment of the crystals is actually quite interesting and worth investigation into their similarity to Piezoelectric systems used in Radar.
If one had a magnetic personality , then I guess a magnet could stick to them . ( lol ) You could have doctors do a m.r.i. to see if the pineal gland were ok. You can do a ritual like the circulation of white light , or middle pillar , to activate your third eye . This shows the chakras http://www.aznewage.com/chakras.htm I have been trying for over 20 years and not had a conscious a.p. , so you should not worry about a week . desert rat
If you went to a hospital and asked them to do an MRI of your pineal gland for fear of it becoming calcified I hope they look at you like a fool and kick you out for wasting their time. That's like going to the hospital and asking for a scan because you fear your nails are growing.

DR just said to check if it was ok, not calcified. Seems to me that so little is actually known, that they wouldn't know what a good or bad one looked like.
I just put a magnet to my third eye , I did not get a head ach. I am not sure , I might feel something . I will try medatating with it, I will also try a quartz crystal , just to see . desert rat
I heard you have to put the magnet to your forehead for at least 15 minutes.
Once again, if you believe it will work it shall. Belief is a beautiful thing! :-)
I believe in it 100%. But I can never get to the vibrations stage though. I always feel like somethings on me or a itch somewhere on my body and then I give in to it and scratch it lol
Scratch the itch or it will drive you crazy and impede your progress.
Just scratch it and move on. If you don't make it a big affair, you will hardly notice it and you will find yourself back noticing the peace once more.
Many times that itch is your body testing to see ifyour mind has gone to sleep or not. It's just like when you lie down to go to sleep and after about 20 minutes you get the urge to turn over.
Your body then knows that your mind is not asleep yet and will not begin the Sleep Paralysis cycle.

You mean it's not? o_o
Not really. It was seen as the appendix of the brain once upon a time. Now though it's fully understood medically... well... as much as the brain is... no not much.
But it's not an eye. It is connected to the visual cortex. Light coming in through the eyes stops it from releasing Melatonin. Once natural light is removed Melatonin is released and "yawn"... we want to sleep.
But... if there is no natural light available it starts to use up the bodies supplies of Serotonin to convert into Melatonin and the result is SAD (Seasonal affective disorder) or an artificial man-made version of this is being locked up in a dingy office without natural light.
The effects of electromagnetic force upon the brain is significantly different compared to just magnetic force... is this what people are talking about on here?
Aww you took me seriously :(
