Hypnotic count up/down will I be likely to get confused

I would like some advice by members who know about hypnosis and related topics
Because I am currently trying to use the Hemi Sync Gateway home study, and it seems to count from 3 to 1 to take you out of the altered state
But, I have previously done a Silva Ultramind course which of course you count down from 3 to 1 to 'go to level', i.e. the altered state
Do you think this will mess things up, i.e. get confusing between the two instructions, or should it all be fine?
