Does anyone experience fatigue after meditating? I've begun noticing that I feel very sleepy after trying to go "out of body" and after meditating.
Er, No. Its the opposite.
You should allow not force the issue.
Reassessing your method may solve this.
are you using binural beats or similar?
I've noticed it when using these.
I've never had that experience when meditating naturally.

reads like good advice.
I can also put my hand up for binaruals and hemisync and such, that they sometimes can cause a certain drowsiness for up to 30 minutes after use. After regular meditation I'm not tired, I'm rather in a state of calm. often I'm in some kind of no-mind state that must be the result of having been focusing elsewhere and then returning to the physical. This null-state, that I call it, feels as if my mind is kind of blank or very unconcerned about things that I normally would have an opinion about.
Does this sound familiar to you?
I do believe it might be the binaural beats. I'm going to test this hypothesis tonight and I will keep you guys updated. And yes I do feel as if though nothing matters for a while and then I black out (fall asleep).
Personally, when I get this I usually put it down to a lack of focus/concentration/experience.
I currently lack in all 3 of these to some degree. I dip too much into drowsy states (mainly
on Hemi-Sync also). Spiritual napping.
I was thinking that it might be that as well Ellis, but I tried earlier without the binaural beats and I didn't feel tired afterward. Might be the intensity from the certain beats?.
