Question about Pillows

Is that an specific kind of pillow? Where do you get it?

WE USED to be able to buy them in regular stores like Walmart and Zellers but when i went to get myself a new one about a week ago, there were none to be found.

I use it and it stopped my morning headaches.

Does anybody here uses ortopaedic pillows? Do you notice any difference? I would like to know that, before buying one, or i will spend money in nothing, if does not worth.

I really need something good for sleep because my neck is always painful when i wakeup. Besides that i suppose that will help a little with my incredibly strange and tiring insomnias.
