Title: Realities and evidence
Post by: Fourthdimension on June 02, 2010, 15:03:26
I was gonna make this a long post but now i cant be bothered so in lament terms.......

since the astral is nt the present reality that our physical resides in then should we use conventional physical methods to gain evidence?
Since the astral does not abide by physical laws of nature should we use present scientific knowledge from the physical to find evidence?

I think that because the astral is nt the physical and both are diffrent in terms of what laws of nature is used where. you can walk through walls in astral but not in the physical so we should nt be using conventional physical views on evidence to determine what evidence is we should be think out of the box and coming up with new concepts  to find our evidence

anyone agree or disagree ?

see you all later

Events taking place in the astral are said to have an effect on the physical plane. Therefore I think the most appropriate way to go about it would be to look for corresponding events and occurrences between the two dimensions.

I agree with you but which events corrospnd with the physical and the astral or occur between both?
This physical world can be seen from the astral but when we move an object in the astral it does nt move in the physical so then how do you know it is this dimension and not a parelle dimension?

the only thing that is a steady occurence is ourselfs projecting there and back i cant think of any other

How would you prove to a blind man that a flame is orange?

Eye witness or testimony is admissible in court but apparently is not good enough for most people

Laymen's Terms.

It's when someone who isn't a professional in a particular subject talks about that subject.

A Laymen.

Ah. Layman's terms. Yeah, I'm well acquainted with that particular phrase. I just thought maybe "lament terms" meant something, too, maybe some metaphysical phrase I wasn't familiar with. Sorry about that. Was just confused. Carry on.

I will.. add on to my question earlier, without the ability to experience it, there will never be proof of it, just faith, however one also needs the intelligence to discern what it is they are in fact experiencing as well. Proof is always relative to the one someone is trying to prove something to.

Someone having seen a spirit return would be proof enough.......
