I understand your frustration, but try talking to an admin first before starting a conversation that is going to make everyone mad!  We need an forum for User problems/resolutions so that we don't have to see this kinda stuff in Astral Chat.  Am I right?  I hope so

As for Urgo, I think they have taken care of that problem.  Thanks if you did!  If not, well it can always be worked out

If you want to ban Urgo then reply saying yes and you may choose to grump about his annoyance.

If you don't want him gone than reply with no and whine about how he still has his spirit to be "awakened" or some bullcrap like that. Sure everybody deserves a second chance, but look at what Xvirus did. He gave himself a second chance and changed his name sure, just to spread his bovine excrement some more.
