Title: reversing fast food effects with reiki and energy and thought forms
Post by: phaseshiftR1111 on April 15, 2014, 02:58:49
What do you think? I have recently cured a ladies chronic back pain for 2 years with reiki. She was in tears. I have been trying to learn about disease too. Is it quite possible one could reverse all bad effects of fast food by believing its not bad, and sending it reiki energy? By using good thoughts? And thanking the food or drinks? What if stress is what causes disease? High cholesterol is not bad from what i understand. It's an essential nutrient. What if not earthing yourself (nobody is connected to nature anymore) and stress is the cause of all of this? I ask this question because I am struggling with food. I struggle on a vegetarian diet. I get not enough calories and miss important vitamins and minerals from meat. Right now I am on paleo. I never felt so good in my life. One problem. It's caused me to be broke. im struggling with work and it costs me about 200 dollars to eat all organic and grass fed meat. I'm really wondering what to do. What is your opinion? I know sugar is very bad... But what if you could literally change the effects by your thoughts and reiki energy, grounding yourself, making sure to work out... Meditation... Etc?

Stop eating fast food.
Start eating healthy food and allowing that to heal your body.

Healthy food = healing for your body

Could you throw me a link? What about the cholesterol? I know our bodies need that. I was told there are vitamins and minerals needed in meat that you can't get anywhere else. Obviously fast food doesn't supply these... But like grass fed meats etc. Dr mercola mentions this a lot too. That vegetarians usually develop cardiovascular diseases. I want to try vegetarian again but I need about 1600 calories a day and as a vegetarian I was reaching about 400 a day doing non stop eating. Veggies just don't have any calories. Some fruits do but that's like 5 bananas a day to get like 500 calories.

Increase your calories with whole grains.  Oat meal, brown rice etc.  IMO when we go overboard in any one direction it causes problems.  Moderation in all things is best.  Fill your plate half full of fruits and veggies.   Whole grains and a little meat can fill the other half.  When it comes to eating meat, I listen to my body.  If I crave it, I have some.  That usually ends up being twice a week.  You hear all the time about hard working farmers who eat big meat and egg meals and have low cholesterol.  They live a good long life.  Getting enough exercise seems to be key.  Also as you said, low stress, thankfulness, and living close to nature.
Seems like everyone is trying to cut one major food group or other out of their diet and they think it will be the magic answer.  I'm not putting down vegetarians.  I know people have different reasons for going in that direction and that is fine.

If someone is telling you that you can't get all the nutrition you need while being vegetarian, AND they develop cardiovascular disease (!) they are mis-informed.   Have a look at the Seventh Day Adventists.  Most members adhere to a vegetarian diet and are routinely studied because of their above average health and impressive longevity.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adventist_Health_Studies.

And check these out for help in choosing the right foods to meet your needs.   http://www.pcrm.org/health/diets/vsk/vegetarian-starter-kit

Good luck.
